Order Changes or Cancellations: Since orders are processed immediately for same-day shipment, changes or cancellations cannot be made. If an order ships that you wish to cancel, simply refuse the entire order on arrival. To return a portion of the order, please see Product Return Procedures below. Product Return Procedures: All product being returned (whether defective or otherwise) must have an approved Return Authorization # (RA#) written clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without this number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box will be refused at our dock. ABM Federal will assume any product received that is not on an approved RA#, should be destroyed, and no credits will be issued. To obtain a RA#, call your account representative at 800-522-9226. Please provide the following information: Your Customer Number Invoice Number Part Number to be Returned Quantity to be Returned Reason for Return Defective Product: •We will not issue a RA# on an order after 90 days from the invoice date. •All defective products must be sent freight prepaid. •Bottled Copier Toner Supplies: All products are checked and in stable condition before shipping and are therefore not returnable. All sales are final. •Cartridge-Based Copier and Fax Supplies: To obtain a Return Authorization for these types of products, ABM Federal will require a letter from the Manufacturer, or Authorized Service Technician describing the defect(s). A copy of this letter must accompany the returned product. If product is returned without this letter, ABM Federal will not issue credit for product. •Brother drum unit claims must be handled directly by Brother International Corp. by the end user. If the drum has been installed in a DCP, MFC or fax machine call 800-284-4329, prompt 2. If the drum unit has been installed in a laser printer, call 800-276-7746, prompt 1. •Exabyte Brand Supplies: For defective product or technical assistance contact Exabyte directly. Call 760-305-5517. •IBM Media Supplies: For defective product or technical assistance contact IBM directly at 888-426-6334. •Imation Data Cartridges: The end user must direct all repairs and replacements to Imation at 800-328-9438. •Ricoh Laser Products: ABM Federal Sales cannot credit defective Ricoh products for any reason. Defective products must be returned directly to Ricoh. Call 800-882-4858, ext 1. •Xerox: Defective claims must be issued directly to Xerox by the end user. (See Xerox pages for the noted items.) Please call 1-800-835-6100 (dial 1:1). •Warranty: Products are sold with manufacturer’s warranty. ABM makes no warranty and will assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of any consumable in any manufacturer’s equipment other than the vendor’s warranty. Non-Defective Product: •We will not issue an RA# on orders over 90 days from the invoice date. •We grant credit for returns only if the product and the packaging are in re-sellable condition. •The cost to return the product will normally be the return freight charge. If the return is a result of our error, we will issue an ARS (Authorized Return Service) tag. •Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping Errors: Any shipping error should be reported to our Customer Service Department (800-729-9722) within 5 days of receipt of product. Product Damaged in Transit: If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery. If you notice the damage after the carrier has left the premises, please contact the carrier and ABM’s Customer Service Department (800-729-9722) within 5 days of receipt of product. Repackaging Product for Return •All laser, copier and fax cartridges must be returned in its original packaging, including styrofoam inserts, end caps, etc. •We cannot give credit on any product when either the product or the manufacturer’s boxes have been written on or otherwise marked in anyway. •All products must be shipped in protective outer boxing, with the RA# clearly printed on the outside of the shipping box. Any product returned without the RA# on the outside of the shipping box will be returned to sender. Use this easy check list for returns: 1. Before you close the box, list the nature of the defect, if any, on the packing slip, (pick ticket). 3. Contact UPS or other carrier to return product to the above address.
